Marketing Standards
Purpose:
All Together Education commits to ensuring that all marketing and advertising materials related to the Early Intervention Program (EIP) strictly adhere to the Department’s standards as outlined, ensuring accurate and clear communication to parents or guardians of children under three years of age who are suspected of having a disability or are at risk of disability.
Policy:
- Content Creation and Review (Referencing 1.1 to 1.9):
- All Together Education will develop and periodically review marketing materials to ensure they clearly state that EIP services are for children under three years with potential developmental delays or disabilities (1.1).
- Include a statement that EIP is publicly funded by New York State and county governments (1.2).
- Ensure marketing materials contain referral information to the municipality for EIP services, including the contact number (1.3).
- Provider Identification (Referencing 1.4):
- Clearly identify All Together Education in all marketing materials as an approved provider of EIP services, contracted with the municipality (1.4).
- Cost and Insurance Information (Referencing 1.5):
- Communicate in all materials that EIP services are at no out-of-pocket cost to parents, but health insurance may be accessed for reimbursement (1.5).
- Eligibility and Evaluation Process (Referencing 1.6 and 1.7):
- State that eligibility for EIP can only be determined by State-approved evaluators under contract with the municipality (1.6).
- Mention that necessary EIP services are identified in collaboration with parents and authorized by the municipality (1.7).
- Arrangement of Services (Referencing 1.8):
- Include a statement that the municipality arranges service providers based on the child’s and family’s needs for services authorized by the municipality (1.8).
- Associated Costs in Certain Locations (Referencing 1.9):
- Mention in the materials that parents are responsible for any costs associated with accessing services in fee-based child care or community locations (1.9).
- Staff Training and Compliance Monitoring:
- All Together Education will train relevant staff on these standards and conduct regular audits for compliance.
- Corrective Measures for Non-Compliance:
- Establish a system for addressing any non-compliance, including review and modification of materials as needed.
Responsibility and Enforcement:
The Marketing Department at All Together Education is responsible for the implementation and adherence of this policy in all EIP-related marketing efforts. Non-compliance will be addressed with appropriate corrective actions.
Review and Update:
This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure ongoing compliance with the Department’s standards.
